    Are seeking not just documents or templates, but strategic legal guidance to protect IP and scale sustainably

    Have a team of 5+ employees or contractors, or have raised at least $500K in funding/revenue/grants.

Required Session Materials

  • A one-page studio profile (team size, released titles, upcoming projects)

  • (Optional) Any recent or pending contracts you’d like me to review at a high level. This ensures our session is grounded in real issues you’re facing and provides immediate value you can act on
