Eligibility Criteria

    Are Ontario-based and developing interactive digital media projects.

    Have an incorporated business or are in the process of incorporating.
  • 3
    Are interested in optimizing financial systems for tax credits, funding, and long-term studio sustainability.

Required Session Materials

  • A brief overview of their current or upcoming project (one paragraph or summary slide).
  • A basic financial snapshot (e.g., budget, funding sources, or cost summary).
  • Understanding of their current accounting setup (if any) — such as a QuickBooks file, Excel sheet, or bookkeeping process outline.
  • A list of questions or pain points they’d like to cover (e.g., OIDMTC eligibility, cost tracking, chart of accounts setup, or funding compliance).
