Narr8r launches in App Store

IO members Narr8r have launched their app in the iOS App Store today. Narr8r is a web and mobile platform that allows Narr8rs to create rich media social networks using a storytelling paradigm. The app allows people to tell stories around a particular event or location, such as a wedding - letting attendees who aren't connected on other networks to share their memories in one place. Narr8r stories combine text, photos, videos, recordings, location, even music tracks to tell the whole story, on mobile and web.

Narr8r's founders, Michael Stewart and Jim Donovan, believe that the app has powerful potential as a town hall and areana for protest. In addition, they are committed to donating 2% of their revenues to charities selected by users.
