Level 2- $250+GST/year
• 6-10 employees (staff or full-time equivalents)
Level 3 - $500+GST/year
• 11-20 employees (staff or full-time equivalents)
Level 4 - $750+GST/year
• 21-50 employees (staff or full-time equivalents)
Level 5 - $1000+GST/year
• 50+ employees (staff or full-time equivalents)
