The‌ ‌studio‌ ‌is‌ also ‌dedicated‌ ‌to‌ ‌empowering‌ the local industry as well as future game development talent ‌through‌ ‌various‌ ‌initiatives‌ and programs. ‌These include the ipprenticeship program with Interactive Ontario for women and Black youth, the ‌Black‌ ‌Game‌ Pros ‌Mixe‌r,‌ the ‌‌Ubisoft Future Women‌ ‌in‌ ‌Games‌ Mentorship, the Ubisoft Indie Series presented by National Bank with mentorship and cash prizes, and the Ubisoft Toronto NEXT competition for students, designed to kickstart their careers in the video game industry. Ubisoft Toronto is also a key supporter of the Level Up Showcase for students.
