Redwood Performance Group designs multimedia learning experiences. Their mission is to develop solutions for adult learners that have the right level of interactivity, immersiveness, and engagement. They simplify complexity, cultivate engagement, boost hard and soft skills, and herd cats.

Redwood Performance Group has been around since 2003. They design and build eLearning that sticks for adult learners who need to comply with business practices, perform to achieve goals, and engage with passion. Redwood uses many of the same formulas found in Ontario’s thriving gaming industry to create engaging multimedia content.

Redwood offers SaaS including an end-to-end assessment solution which allows clients to build assessments and certification programs, manage candidates, run tests, and see the results through a full-featured engine with question-level reporting. They have their own learning management system (VIBE LMS) that helps businesses connect learners, reduce workload, lower operating costs, and provide data to help plan for the future. Their recruitment simulations have been used to screen thousands of applicants for various roles.

This includes a recent project where the studio created a unique multimedia experience for a provincial program that registers thousands of new participants every month. The program allows participants to proceed at their own pace, with their preferred learning style, from any device, anytime and anywhere. The experience includes lessons, explainer vignettes, how-to videos, “show what you know” scenarios, three games, and downloadable tools and tip sheets. Just as impressive is the participants’ ability to select from six different languages.

The friendly, easy to use learning portal was designed to get clients up-and-running in only a few days. Unlike other eLearning platforms, it is easy to use for both the learner and the admin. The platform can be customized for each client and their needs. The system features live synchronous and asynchronous options, integration with pre-existing systems and databases, and available across multiple platforms devices.

Using artificial intelligence (AI) the Recruitment App provides recruiters or organizations a streamlined list of applicants that have been evaluated by the predetermined requirements. The app assesses applicants by evaluating their skills and information, and moves the potential  hires into the next phase. This process eliminates the time-consuming need to review ineligible candidates, allowing the organization to spend time focusing on what matters.
