DescriptionThe Role:
Jambo Mobile is an award winning industry leader in the rapidly
evolving mobile media, marketing and entertainment space. We are
looking for a number of experienced and talented Mobile Strategy
Managers to shape, manage and grow some of our key relationships.

Responsibilities:
Account Management ˆ 30%

Maintain a high degree of mobile market intelligence in order
to effectively and creatively provide strategic advice and
direction to various clients

Help clients develop their understanding about the mobile
channel and its various marketing and entertainment
capabilities

Develop, propose and manage mobile marketing initiatives
ensuring that they meet the needs and objectives of your
various clients and partners

Work directly with key stakeholders on the client side
while effectively interfacing with additional third-party
providers (media, agency, promotional, digital, etc)

Establish, manage, and cultivate strong client relationships
and effectively manage client expectations regarding project deliverables

Secure revenue and profitability objectives with key
accounts

Manage and present performance reports to clients
Ensure client satisfaction and maintain high levels of
client retention

Project Management ˆ 30%

Work closely with internal production teams to ensure proper
workflow process management and the smooth delivery of
projects on-time, on-scope and on-budget.

Business Maintenance & Development ˆ 40%

Effectively support the growth and vitality of existing
accounts

Respond to RFP's and exlore new account development opportunities
Contact potential clients to develop and expand business

Handle customer inquiries, questions and concerns with excellent
service and follow up

Reporting To:
VP Strategy

Working Conditions:
Works in a high paced office environment. Domestic travel to
and from clients is required and international travel may be necessary.


QualificationsSkills & Expertise:
Bachelors degree and 2+ years' account management experience in a
marketing or creative capacity

Account and/or media planning experience for both traditional and
digital campaigns

Marketing communications and brand strategy experience within the
interactive space

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Outstanding interpersonal skills coupled with a strong
customer-service proficiency

Ability to effectively work and collaborate with technical,
sales, marketing and other cross-functional disciplines

Strong project management and facilitation skills (multiple tasks for
multiple clients) with an acute attention to detail

Self-motivated and independent with a developed sense of ownership

Ability to multi-task and comfortable in a dynamic and changing
environment.

A passion for an understanding of the mobile channel and/or the
interactive marketing and media space

An experienced understanding with Microsoft Office and the
Internet
