Interactive Ontario recently appeared before the Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs (SCFEA) alongside Mary Sorrenti (Game Pill & VRGEN), Vikas Gupta (AVARA Media), Joel Burgess (Capybara), and Jonathan Stanton-Humphreys (Hitgrab Game Labs).
Previously IO appeared before SCFEA in June when the committee was focused on the Cultural Industries. This time the focus was on SMEs, ie. the impact of the pandemic on SMEs and potential solutions.
We continue to remain on message with all of our advocacy initiatives and interactions--improving the OIDMTC in order for the IDM industry to remain competitive and grow.
