These case studies will be followed by a panel conversation and a Q+A discussion surrounding what constitutes innovation and the balance with commercial viability.

Mathijs has over 15 years of experience in Interactive and Digital Media and has worked in various senior roles with large international firms and well-known brands as: Nestle, KPN Telecom, WPP, Tucows and Web Analytics firm Nedstat. |
Victoria HaStitch Media partner Victoria Ha has extensive production experience in media including coordinating international news events, editing and post production supervising; production management in documentaries; and large scale, alternate reality gaming projects. Prior to joining Stitch, Victoria worked on award-winning productions at Rhombus Media, at Discovery Channel and ABC/Disney amongst others. In 2008, she helmed a new media presentation with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra for the New Creations Festival. The project consisted of a live, multi-camera shoot and multiple projections synced with the performance of the orchestra. Victoria is also actively on the speaker circuit and has been a keynote, panelist and participant in WIFT-T’s Executive Management Program, NBC Universal & CFC’s Crossover Canada Convergence Program, Canadian Film Centre, Centennial College, and was a SXSW panelist speaking about the ‘Future of Visual Storytelling’. | |

She blogs about transmedia, television and writing at Running With My Eyes Closed. She is the vice president of the Writers Guild of Canada and the host of the Writers Talking TV podcast. Jill is available to create or consult on your next transmedia venture. |
![]() Studio General Manager & COO Bedlam Games | Don Henderson - Moderator Don is the Studio General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Bedlam Games Inc., authorized developers for the Sony PlayStation3, Xbox360 and Nintendo Wii console platforms. Don brings more than ten years of legal and videogame experience to the Bedlam team. He has been credited on six console and PC titles with Toronto-based boutique publisher Groove Games. Prior to entering the videogame industry, Don spent six years practicing law at Goodmans LLP where he represented clients in the software and interactive media industries, including Ontario-based video game developers and publishers. Don received an Honours B.A. degree from the University of Toronto (Trinity College) and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia. He is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and a member of the International Game Developers Association. |
