In January 2015, Rogers TV and Interactive Ontario teamed up to host a weekend Hackathon in Toronto. Individuals and teams competed to explore what the future of community television should look like. From a mathematician to media professionals, a cyberinfrastructure developer to a software engineer, participants spent the weekend brainstorming and concept building, ultimately presenting 5 minute pitches to a panel of judges from Rogers and IO.
