LAX: The Los Angeles Connection
LAX was a trade marketing and business development program designed to develop enhanced visibility and deepen connections between Los Angeles-based studios, major producers and publishers and the Ontario digital games and cross-media production sectors.
The first phase of LAX saw six Ontario companies embark on a trade mission to Los Angeles during the Digital Kids conference for meetings with LA-based companies, while the second took the form of a networking event at E3.
The third and final phase, a trade mission to LA centred around transmedia, took place in February 2013.
